Can I split the external hard drive into two so that I can keep a certain bit of it for my Wii and the rest for my computer? Thanks.
Answer
use partition magic to partition the drive in whatever volume you want, after that have the WBFS use one of the partitions for the wii only.

Answer
You need to format your external hardrive to WBFS. First format it to FAT32, not exFAT32. If there is no FAT32 format then you need to use command prompt. make sure run it as administrator or turn off user account controls (or something like that) if you are using windows vista or 7. Now open up the start menu then in the search bar, type command prompt then run it. now type in this
format /FS:FAT32 X: (replace X with the drive letter that the external hardrive is connected to, mine is E). When you format all the memory will be erased so make sure you backup the files. This format will take a long time. Mine took 5 hours. Now google WBFS intelligent v6 and download. run it and select your drive letter. after that select format drive/partition. It will now format it to WBFS. After that choose file explorer and look for your ISO/CISO. Finally click the arrow pointing towards the right and the ISO will now be transferred to your external hardrive.
