Which is a better Brand 1 TB -HD and long lasting
All have16MB cache AND USB 2.0 Only..
FROM THE FOLLOWING LIST BELOW:-
1) Simple Tech 1 TB external HD pininfarina Design($ 126)
2) IOMEGA External HD Prestige 1 TB ($ 126)
3) Western Digital My Book Home 1 TB ($ 148)
Please advice me the reasons why it is better

My choice would be the Western Digital, they are the top brand next to Seagate on the market today... The My Book comes with 3yr warranty from the factory & can be found online for cheaper than the $148 that you list...
