How do I get my external hard drive to work on my xbox?

Okay, I have read up a little on this but have still not got it to work, It's a WD My Passport (essential) 320gb, I have reformatted the hard drive using EASEUS partition master to fat32 but the xbox now recognises the hard drive as a USB drive and is unable to open or read it. The partition type is 0B (Hex) FAT32. It has no password enabled, or any "smart" software on it, it works fine on my pc in the new format and I cant find any other information to try anything new!
I have deleted and zeroed the drive, renamed drives and all sorts, I tried using fat32.exe (or whatever it was called) the CMD run file, but it would not work on this drive.(it worked successfully on my other hard drive which is now xbox compatible)
Someone please help!!
Answer
Download easeus partition master. Plug in your external hard drive and run the program. Click on your external hard drive in the program. Right click and then click format. Choose "Fat32" where it gives you the option and set everything else how you like it. Click OK. Then click Apply and wait for it to finish.
WARNING: Formatting your hard drive will delete EVERYTHING on that hard drive. You might want to back up your files before hand.
If this still doesn't work then try changing the block size of the partition to a more suitable cluster size. For windows a smaller cluster size would be better. If the files are small you wont lose as much disk space.
If your using a 32k cluster and you have 1000 1k files your losing a total of 31 meg of file space. Windows has a crap load of small files. Take a look. 4k or 8k will work best.
